Job summary

Private Advertiser in Woodlands, Singapore seeks a diligent Sales Operations Assistant to coordinate with customers and support sales reps on issues, prepare quotations, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks.

You will manage invoicing, data entry, and liaison with the warehouse for packing and shipments, build strong client relationships, and ensure timely after-sales service, with working hours 9am–6pm, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and support sales representatives with sales issues.
• Support all sales activities, including preparation, documentation, shipment and invoicing.
• Issue sales invoices, perform data entry, and file documents.
• Liaise with the warehouse regarding packing instructions and shipment collection by forwarders.
• Build & maintain good relationships with new and existing clients while providing quality after-sales service.
• Prepare and submit quotations to clients, and follow up on their status.
• Perform administrative roles as required for day-to-day operations.
