Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator in Singapore for a 6-month contract with potential full-time conversion. You will manage day-to-day customer operations, ensuring accurate execution, timely delivery, and a positive customer experience across order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.

You will interface between customers, sales, and internal operations, coordinating with warehouse and logistics to resolve issues and maintain records.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, sales support or operation support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for emails and calls.
• Basic knowledge of shipping terms and LC documentation is a plus.
• Experience in electronics, industrial, or B2B environments is advantageous.
• Comfortable with order processing and coordinating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Process Sales Orders accurately and timely based on customer POs and approvals.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain / Purchasing on lead times, allocation, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor order status from entry to shipment and update customers accordingly.
• Handle partial shipments, backorders, and delivery changes; track shipments to confirmation.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics partners, and finance to ensure billing alignment and records.
