Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks an Operations Coordinator to support the Service Manager, plan day-to-day activities, and manage client accounts. You will prepare quotations, follow up orders, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities include safety documentation, RCA drafting, and on-site support for equipment commissioning. This role requires organizing logistics, escalating issues, and coordinating with CSS service teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the Service Manager to achieve business objectives.
• Plan, organize, direct and schedule day-to-day operations based on sub-department arrangement.
• Able to generate quotation for parts sales for review by Service Manager.
• Follow up with customer to close works orders and ensure purchase order is received prior to delivery.
• Managing of non-key accounts assigned by Service Manager.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of all products sold through Power Partners Group.
• Draft RCA for review for Service Manager.
• Preparation of Safety documents (MOS/RA/SWP) for review.
• Exploration of new business Lead on assigned accounts.
• Provide administrative support/feedback and scheduling planning.
• Make plan and organize within sub-department in all logistical matters.
• Monitor status of routine planned maintenance and ad-hoc works.
• Provide 24x7 customer escalation on assigned accounts.
• Maintain a strong customer relationship by visiting client on a timely basis and effective resolution of end-user conflict by means of negotiation.
• Organize training for client or within CSS service team.
• Others tasks/project as assigned by management.
• Provision of On-site support / commissioning for S-UPS/STS/Loadbank/DRUPS.
