Job summary

Avnet in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service role to respond to inquiries, expedite critical orders, and resolve issues. You will support the sales team with order tracking, invoicing, returns, and related activities in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have at least two years of related experience, a high school diploma, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of related experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must have computer, email, phone, communication and problem solving skills.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
• May require fluency in more than one language.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries, expedites critical orders, communicates dispositions, researches and resolves issues, and researches orders.
• Identify, investigate, and participate in opportunities to improve processes and procedures, to include KPIs.
• Maintains good customer relations and resolves claims and complaints fairly and in accordance with consumer laws.
• Maintains and updates electronic and/or hard copy records as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
