Job summary

Nordson Corporation in Singapore is seeking a customer service/order processing specialist to support pre- and post-sale activities. You will process orders, handle inquiries via phone, email, or chatbot, and ensure service quality across the order-to-cash cycle.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance and Operations to coordinate orders and resolve issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant certification required.
• Business level English proficiency essential.
• Experience in regional/MNC environments preferred.
• Mandarin communication ability is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Process orders from customers using CRM/ERP systems and PO.
• Coordinate with Sales, Factory, logistics to resolve issues.
• Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
• Monitor order status through to final delivery.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
