Job summary

OCTOPACK SEA PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a responsible Customer Service & Operations Assistant to support daily customer inquiries, process orders, check stock and coordinate deliveries. Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, logistics or warehouse operations preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office/Excel.
• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Receive and process customer orders accurately and check product availability.
• Assist with regular stock cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate delivery timing with customers and liaise with the warehouse/delivery teams.
• Maintain proper filing and records of orders, deliveries and communications.
