• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, order processing, logistics or warehouse operations preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
• Provide information on products, pricing, stock availability and delivery status.
• Follow up on customer requests and resolve basic issues promptly.
• Maintain good relationships with customers.
• Receive and process customer orders accurately and check product availability before confirming orders.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure orders are prepared correctly and on time.
• Assist with regular stock cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Liaise with the delivery team on daily delivery schedules and requirements.
• Maintain proper filing and records of orders, deliveries and customer communications.
