5G-Starlink Pte. in Singapore seeks a Customer Business Executive to manage orders, pricing, delivery and invoicing for key aerospace customers. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure commitments are met and invoicing is accurate.

The role emphasizes cost control, warranty administration, and continuous improvement through cross-functional collaboration, requiring a degree in engineering and 2 years aerospace experience.

Qualificações

• Degree in Engineering with 2 years aerospace business experience.
• Strong ownership and responsibility in work.
• Ability to build relationships internally and externally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with customers on orders, including delivery commitments, pricing and engine status.
• Develop innovative support packages for commercial issues encountered by customers.
• Ensure payment for completed work is in line with contractual obligation.
• Resolution of invoice queries in line with agreed business objectives.
• Represent customers in internal meetings to ensure customer requests and concerns are addressed.
• Conduct periodic business reviews with customers.
• Administer warranty claims on behalf of customers.
• Manage ad-hoc requests from customers, including organizing line support and parts trading.
• Accountable for production of customers cost estimates, accuracy and timeliness of all invoices.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify cost saving opportunities.
• Driving / supporting the identification of activities, measures and projects for continuous improvement.
• Ensure that Customer Business Excellence is delivered throughout the business.
