5G-Starlink Pte. seeks a Customer Service Specialist in Singapore to coordinate activities for the Service Team and provide operational support.

You will use established procedures to advise customers on products and services, aiming to deliver exceptional service and build long-term partner relationships. The ideal candidate has 1 year of relevant experience in security/construction/building environments, with strong communication and problem-solving abilities, ready to start or with minimal

Qualifikationen

Diploma/Degree in Business Administration/Management or Engineering.
1 year of relevant experience in the security, construction and building environment.
Immediate start or short notice period will be an added advantage.

Aufgaben

Provide administrative, coordination and operation support for Service Team.
Coordinate activities of service or technical personnel focusing on quality and efficiency in our service delivery.
Understand customer needs to provide the right information, advice and assistance.
Answer customer inquiries, orders, service needs and complaints professionally and respond in a timely manner.
Prepare and manage quotations, invoices, cash receipts, payments, collections and reports.
Share customer feedback with colleagues to innovate and create long-term benefits.
