Responsibilities

• Attend to phone-in enquiries and/or emails and correspondences from the Public.
• Resolve enquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools and procedures to enhance workflow and customer experience.
• Deliver the best services to customers to ensure highest satisfaction with proper procedures.
• Handle and manage escalation issues professionally.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support quality management.
