Job summary

OPUS IT SERVICES PTE LTD in Singapore invites applications for a customer service professional on a 2-year contract. You will handle multiple service calls, draft professional email responses, and generate reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table).

The role requires local/PR/WP eligibility, shift-based hours, and a readiness to work mornings and evenings across weekdays and Saturdays.

Operating Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 8:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
• Public Holidays: Off

Work Schedule (Shift-Based)

• Morning Shift 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM and Sat
• Afternoon Shift 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM
• Rotating between the 2 shifts
