Job summary

CAE ENGINEERING PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to be the main contact for customers, coordinating with engineers and technicians to arrange appointments and provide service updates while ensuring requests are properly followed up.

The role requires clear communication in English and Chinese, a friendly and professional demeanor, and strong organisational skills to manage multiple service requests and appointments. Singaporeans and PRs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service experience.
• Ability to coordinate multiple service requests and appointments.
• Proficient with email and basic IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers.
• Coordinate with engineers and technicians to arrange service visits.
• Process service requests and provide timely updates to customers.
• Schedule engineering and technical service jobs and arrange appointments.
• Handle customer enquiries and follow-ups.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions.

About the role

• Communicate effectively in English and Chinese
• Friendly, patient, and professional when dealing with customers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organised and able to manage multiple service requests and appointments
• Good follow-up skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally
• Basic computer skills and able to use email, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Office
• Customer service, service coordination, or administrative experience is an advantage
• Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PR)

Working Arrangement

• 5-day work week with 2 Saturdays per month
