Job summary

KIM ANN ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to manage inquiries, prepare quotations and process orders. You will monitor deliveries, liaise with customers and ensure timely payments, while maintaining rapport and documenting all interactions.

The role requires a minimum of N level or higher Nitec with at least 2 years in a similar role; engineering/technical background preferred; proficiency in MS Office; strong interpersonal and communication skills;

Qualifications

• N level / O level / Nitec / Higher Nitec or equivalent; 2+ years in similar role preferred.
• Engineering or technical background is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Attentive to details, good follow-up and customer-oriented mindset.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• 5 working days per week.
• Working location: Joo Koon

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and handle customer enquiries.
• Assist in preparing quotations and order processing.
• Monitor delivery and liaise with customers.
• Follow up on enquiries and on-time payment by customers.
• Maintain good rapport and improve customer relations.
• Ensure all enquiries and orders are processed, checked, documented and filed.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
