Job summary

You will handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate orders with multiple internal teams to ensure on-time delivery. You will monitor delivery status, maintain records, handle after-sales enquiries, and generate periodic reports. Diploma or equivalent qualification, 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred; strong communication and coordination

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of relevant customer service/order coordination experience.
• Good communication, coordination and computer skills are required.
• Experience in construction, engineering, hardware or building materials would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries regarding construction materials, hardware products and engineering services.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders and customer requests.
• Coordinate customer orders with sales, procurement, warehouse and project teams.
• Monitor delivery schedules and keep customers updated on order status.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve delivery or product-related issues.
• Maintain customer records, quotations, purchase orders and supporting documentation.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints and after-sales enquiries professionally.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and assist with customer account development.
• Prepare periodic customer service and order-status reports.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales and project teams.
