Job summary

KIM ANN ENGINEERING PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented customer service assistant to handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and process orders from Joo Koon.

You will monitor deliveries, liaise with customers, ensure timely payments, and maintain good rapport, with a focus on accurate documentation and filing. 5-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Qualification expected: N level/O level/Nitec or Higher Nitec, or 2+ years in a similar role.
• Engineering or Technical background preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with good follow-up and customer orientation.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and handle customer enquiry.

Requirement:

• Candidate with Engineering or Technical background will be preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Attentive to details, effective follow up skills and customer oriented mindset
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• 5 working days per week
• Working location : Joo Koon
