Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Customer Service / Order Processing specialist to support daily operations across customer service, order processing, and administration.

The role is permanent full-time in the Central Region with hours 8:30am to 5:30pm. Salary up to SGD 3,500 + AWS + performance bonus. Immediate availability is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer service, order processing, or sales support.
• Ability to learn new systems independently.
• Strong attention to detail in a small team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ERP experience (e.g. SAP) advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely fulfilment.
• Handle customer enquiries, returns, and day-to-day issue resolution.
• Coordinate with warehouse on stock availability, delivery schedules, and dispatch.
• Support invoicing and accounts payable/receivable processes.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and general office administration.
• Assist with business correspondence, agreements, and other operational matters.

Adecco is partnering with an established global organisation within the industrial and manufacturing sector, seeking a Customer Service / Order Processing to support daily operations across customer service, order processing, and administrative functions.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: Central Region
• Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Candidates available immediately or on short notice is highly advantageous

The Job:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; prior ERP experience (e.g. SAP) is advantageous
