Job summary

Adecco Personnel is partnering with an industrial supply solutions provider and is hiring a Purchasing Executive/Buyer in Singapore. The role concentrates on daily purchasing, inventory replenishment, accurate PO processing, supplier coordination and timely deliveries.

We seek candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management and at least 2 years in purchasing operations, familiar with ERP systems, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in purchasing or procurement operations.
• Experience with MRO purchasing (tools, spare parts, consumables).
• Hands-on PO processing, supplier coordination and delivery management.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders for stock replenishment and ad-hoc requirements.
• Confirm order details and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Monitor delivery timelines, update estimated arrival dates and follow up on overdue orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve shortages, delays and order discrepancies.
• Support stock availability while keeping inventory levels aligned with operational needs.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier pricing and purchase agreements.
• Coordinate freight arrangements and utilise existing pricing agreements to manage purchasing costs.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with internal policies and procedures.

Adecco is partnering with an industrial supply solutions provider and we are hiring for a Purchasing Executive / Buyer. The role will support daily purchasing and inventory replenishment, with a focus on accurate purchase order processing, supplier coordination and timely deliveries.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: East region
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 5:30pm
• Salary Package: Up to $4,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus

The Job:

• Process purchase orders for stock replenishment and ad-hoc requirements
