Seacare Manpower Services Pte Ltd invites applications for a Customer Service Officer based in Singapore. The role offers a 1-year contract with a salary of SG$2,760 per month until July 2027, increasing to SG$2,940 per month thereafter, with an immediate start date.

Responsibilities include handling public feedback on licensing matters via calls and emails, providing professional written responses to inquiries, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.

Competenze

• Diploma or above.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Mansioni

• Respond to public enquiries professionally and provide written responses when required.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve feedback.
• Follow established guidelines and procedures for feedback handling.

Working Hours: Monday-Thursday: 8:30am-6:00pm Friday: 8:30am-5:30pm
