Job summary

PERSOL is hiring for a data collection and field survey support role in Singapore. The position involves assisting HR with survey administration, entering data accurately, and visiting respondents when needed.

You will update progress daily, maintain data integrity, and work toward defined KPIs while adhering to SOPs. Training and assessments are required in the first week.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist company representatives / HR to complete online surveys or through manual collection methods about employment related data.
• Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone.
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets.
• Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation.
• Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion.
• Review and correct data flagged for errors or ambiguities.
• Maintain detailed case notes for follow-up actions.
• Adhere to SOPs and provide valid reasons for deviations.
• Meet KPIs.

Salary: S$3,000 - S$3,300
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30AM-6PM
(May be required to do OT / work on the weekends - quite rare. But please be prepared).
Duration: Until June 2027 - extendable (long term)
Location: Havelock Road (Clarke Quay/Chinatown MRT) or Revenue House (Novena MRT)

Responsibilities

• Assist company representatives / company's HR to complete online surveys or through manual collection methods about employment related data.
• Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone.
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets.
• Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation.
• Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion.
• Review and correct ("clean") survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities.
• Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide valid reasons for any deviations.
• Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Attention: You must attend a compulsory training during the 1st week of employment and go through mandatory test assessments on the 3rd day of training. You must pass the test in order to be officially deployed to work.

Requirements

• Min. Diploma qualificationin Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Customer Service Experience: At least 1-2 years in a customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic data entry tools.
• Flexible to work on weekends if required by project schedules.
• Comfortable to travel to different households /locations as assigned.
