PERSOL Outsourcing is recruiting for a Customer Service – Payment Handling role in Singapore. The ideal candidate will interact with customers, handle transactions, and ensure reliable service.

Transport is provided for added convenience, and the role is based in Woodlands with rotating day shifts from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Responsibilities include attending to inquiries, managing facilities, reconciling payments, and supporting on-site teams.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification with at least 1 year of cashiering and customer service experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high work volumes.
• Confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

PERSOL Outsourcing is working with a well-established transport statutory board to hire customer-focused and responsible individuals for the role of Customer Service – Payment Handling.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and provide friendly, efficient service

• Count, verify, and reconcile payments at the end of each shift using POS machine reports
• Assist the Team Leader and Supervisor with daily on-site operations
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification, with at least 1 year of cashiering and customer service experience
• A positive attitude, cheerful personality, and strong team spirit
• Meticulous, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high work volumes
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

Working Hours & Location

• Work Schedule: Rotating shifts, 4 days on and 2 days off
• Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Breaks: 2 hours per shift
• Location: Woodlands
