Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing is hiring for a Customer Service - Payment Handling role in Woodlands, Singapore. If you enjoy interacting with people, handling transactions, and delivering reliable service, this position offers hands-on payment operations experience and customer-facing responsibilities.

Transport is provided for added convenience, and rotating shifts (4 days on, 2 days off) with a 10:00 PM–10:00 AM night shift are part of the role. Join a team focused on accuracy, discretion, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level qualification, with at least 1 year of cashiering and customer service experience.
• Positive attitude, cheerful personality, and strong team spirit.
• Meticulous, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with high work volumes.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries and provide friendly, efficient service
• Manage facilities and perform daily system operations
• Respond promptly to urgent issues to ensure smooth daily operations
• Count, verify, and reconcile payments at the end of each shift using POS machine reports
• Assist the Team Leader and Supervisor with daily on-site operations
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
