You will assist students and parents, handle inquiries, registration, and payments, and support daily front-desk operations in a cheerful, kid-friendly environment. This role emphasizes customer service, communication, and the ability to balance multitasking tasks in a fully air-conditioned setting.

Qualifications

• Part-time role in Singapore.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to handle front-desk duties and inquiries.

• Assist with registration for new students, including paperwork and fee collection.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and appointments promptly and courteously.

We are looking for Part-time Customer Service Officers to work together with us in a great & positive working environment at our tuition centres island-wide. (Students that are interested to gain experience in customer service excellence are welcome to join us!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to students, parents, and visitors entering the tuition centre, addressing inquiries about programs, schedules, and services.
• Aid in the registration process for new students, including paperwork completion and fee collection.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and appointments promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean shopfront and assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.

We are looking for suitable Part-time Customer Service Officers to work on:

• Mondays to Fridays 2:30pm to 10:00pm
• Saturdays 9:00am to 7:00pm
• Sundays 9:00am to 7:00pm (Must be able to commit for minimally 1 year, at least 2 days a week out of the days listed)
