Job summary

The Ballet School (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a part-time Client Services Assistant at AMK Hub, Canberra, Bukit Panjang, West Coast.

You will handle enquiries from customers and parents, assist with school fee collections and merchandise sales, and work closely with teachers to communicate with parents. We seek a motivated, meticulous candidate with fluent English, able to multitask and assist with light paperwork, stock counting, and general housekeeping.

• Handle customers' and parents' enquiries (walk-in, emails, phone calls, text)
• Assist in collecting payment of school fees and sales of merchandise / attire
• Work closely with the teachers and communicate effectively to the parents
• Basic paper works (attendance marking, filing of documents, printing newsletter)
• Counting of merchandise stock quantity
• General housekeeping

5 works days including weekends.

Weekdays: 11am - 930pm

Weekends (Sat & Sun): 830am - 930pm (2 Shift)
