Job summary

THE BALLET SCHOOL (AMK) PTE. LTD. is seeking a part-time customer service assistant to join our front-of-house team in Singapore.

You will handle enquiries from customers and parents via walk-in visits, email, phone and text, assist in fee payments and merchandise sales, and support teachers with clear communication to parents. The role involves basic clerical tasks, stock counting and light housekeeping, with shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• English writing and speaking proficiency required.

Working Hours and Location

• AMK Hub, Canberra, Bukit Panjang, West Coast, Jurong East, HarbourFront

5 works days including weekends.

Weekdays: 11am - 930pm

Weekends (Sat & Sun): 830am - 930pm (2 Shift)
