The role emphasizes a positive, cheerful environment and direct interaction with kids. Shifts include weekdays and weekends with specific hours; candidate must commit for at least one year, with at least two days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with students, parents and visitors.
• Ability to handle registrations and fee collection.
• Comfortable working in a classroom environment.

Responsibilities

We are looking for Part-time Customer Service Officers to work together with us in a great & positive working environment at our tuition centres island-wide. (Students that are interested to gain experience in customer service excellence are welcome to join us!)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to students, parents, and visitors entering the tuition centre, addressing inquiries about programs, schedules, and services.
• Aid in the registration process for new students, including paperwork completion and fee collection.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and appointments promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a clean shopfront and assist with administrative tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.

We are looking for suitable Part-time Customer Service Officers to work on:- Mondays to Fridays 2:30pm to 10:00pm- Saturdays 9:00am to 7:00pm- Sundays 9:00am to 7:00pm (Must be able to commit for minimally 1 year, at least 2 days a week out of the days listed)
