Job summary

The Alternative Story Learning Centre Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Full-Time Frontline Executive to be the friendly face of our centre in Parkway Centre, Marine Parade Central.

You will engage customers, handle inquiries, and provide essential administrative support to customers and teachers, helping daily operations run smoothly. Ideal candidates are organised, service-minded, and able to work under time constraints.

As a Full-Time Frontline Executive, you will have the opportunity to be an ambassador of The Alternative Story (T.A.S.). You will be in charge of engaging customers and providing administrative support to our customers and teachers. You will be the backbone of our centre operations where your traits of being detailed and service-oriented will enable you to excel in what you do.

Required Qualifications

• Customer-oriented and communicative
• Meticulous and organised

• Able to work under pressure and time constraints
• Able to manage centre capacity of 100-200 studentsper day(total capacity of around 300), with a team of customer service officers
• Sharp and alert to customers' needs
• Driven to make progress and produce excellent work
• Collaborative and willing to go the extra mile
• Holding at least GCE O-Level qualifications or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service and administration (not a requirement but a plus)

Mon: Day Off

Tue: 10.45am - 7.45pm

Wed: 10.45am - 7.45pm

Thu: 10.45am - 7.45pm

Friday: 1.00pm - 10.00pm

Sat: 8.30am to 3.30pm

Sun: Day Off

• Work location will be at Parkway Centre (Marine Parade Central)
• Commitment period of 1 year
