Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and professional assistance to students, parents, and visitors entering the tuition centre.
• Aid in the registration process for new students, including paperwork and fee collection.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and appointments promptly and courteously.
• Maintain a tidy shopfront and assist with administrative tasks like filing and data entry.
