Job summary

Smarte Carte Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking staff for counter, runner and checker roles at the iShopChangi service counter. You will handle end-to-end fulfillment, upsell services, and maintain accurate inventory across terminals.

Roles include packing, stockroom organization, and housekeeping, with a focus on customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced airport environment. Training provided; 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week, with 2 days on/2 days off.

Qualifications

• Minimum O or N level with 3 credits, including English.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics/warehousing, retail/customer service or hospitality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with mobile technology.

Responsibilities

• Handle at counter end-to-end fulfillment for orders.
• Upsell services (Shopping Concierge, Rewards).
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels; report discrepancies.
• Assist with Rewards membership enquiries, redemptions and campaigns.
• Transfer, deliver and/or collect items within terminals; ensure orders are correct and checked.
• Pick, pack and organize items for pickup or delivery; keep stockroom neat.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain cleanliness of counter and backroom.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Job description

Core Responsibilities:

Counter Duties

• Handle all duties required at the iShopChangi service counter, including end-to-end fulfillment for departure and/or arrival orders.
• Attend to customers’ enquiries at the counter and upsell commercial services (e.g. Shopping Concierge Services, Rewards, etc.).
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, monitor stock levels at the counter, perform stock counts and report discrepancies timely.
• Assist with Rewards membership enquiries, redemptions, and other marketing campaign giveaways as stipulated by CAG.

Runner Duties

• Responsible for the transfer, delivery and/or collection of items within terminals (counters, retail shops and backroom), ensuring orders are correct and quality checks are performed.

Checker Duties

• Pick, pack and organize items for pick-up or delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and well-organized stockroom.

Other Duties

• Perform housekeeping duties and ensure cleanliness of the counter and backroom at all times.
• Assist with any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum “O” or “N” level with 3 credits, including English.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistic/warehousing, retail/ customer service, hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and confident in using mobile technology.
• Customer centric and willing to go extra mile.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems effectively.
• Ability to walk across airport terminals and lift/ carry inventory items as part of operations.
• Able to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside).

Shift Preferences

12 hours shift, Work 2 days and rest 2 days, 4 days per week
