Job summary

Lotte Duty Free Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive deliveries, label, pick, pack, and transfer stock across stores and terminals at Changi Airport. You'll support inventory checks, replenishment, and online order fulfilment (IShop Changi) while upholding safety and cleanliness.

This permanent full-time role requires rotating shifts, 5 days a week including weekends and public holidays. You must be physically fit to move heavy loads, organised, and able to work under pressure;

Qualifications

• GCE 'N' or 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Ability to work rotating shifts at Changi Airport.
• Commitment to 5 days a week including weekends and public holidays.
• Physically fit to handle heavy loads and carton boxes.
• Organised, self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Customs knowledge for Liquor & Tobacco is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries, label, pick, pack and transfer stock across stores and terminals.
• Conduct stock checks, ensure inventory accuracy and document properly.
• Replenish displays, maintain visual merchandising, and support online orders (IShop Changi).
• Inspect items for defects and manage returns or replacements.
• Deliver duty-free items to departure gates before flight closures.
• Keep storeroom and work areas clean, organized and safe.

• Conduct stock checks, ensure inventory accuracy, and complete all related documentation correctly
• Replenish store displays, maintain visual merchandising standards, and support online order fulfilment (e.g. IShop Changi)
• Inspect items for defects and follow procedures for returns or replacements
• Deliver duty-free items to departure gates before flight closure times
• Keep storeroom and work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
• Support various ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors or retail managers

Requirements

• The ability to work rotating shifts duties in Changi Airport environment

• Organised and self-motivated
• Able to thrive under pressure
• Customs compliance and regulations knowledge for Liquor & Tobacco will be an advantage
