Job summary

SMARTE CARTE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.

is seeking a reliable Counter/Logistics Associate to manage ISC counter duties, process orders in the Warehouse Management System, and ensure accurate end-to-end fulfillment for departures and arrivals. You will monitor orders, coordinate with merchants and runners, perform stock checks, and assist with Changi Rewards queries and campaigns while upholding high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum O or N level plus at least 1 year of experience in logistic/warehousing, retail/customer service or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Handle all duties at the ISC counter, including end-to-end fulfillment for departure and/or arrival orders.
• Receive and process orders accurately and timely on WMS; verify item description, quantity and customer information.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with merchants and runners for timely fulfillment.
• Maintain inventory records and perform stock counts; report discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with Changi Rewards membership enquiries, redemptions and campaigns; upsell services.
• Ensure SOP and service standards are followed; carry out runner, checker and pickup/delivery duties.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain cleanliness of counter and backroom.
• Commit to 12-hour shifts (10am-10pm or 10pm-10am) and indicate preferred days.

Job description

Core Responsibilities:

• Counter Duties
• Handle all duties required at the ISC counter, including end-to-end fulfillment for departure and/or arrival orders.
• Receive and process orders accurately and timely on Warehouse Management System (WMS). Perform thorough check on item description, quantity and customer information.
• Monitor order status and coordinate with merchants and runners to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, monitor stock levels at the counter, perform stock counts eg. PWP, GWP, coupons and report discrepancies promptly.
• Assist with Changi Rewards membership enquiries, redemptions, and other marketing campaign giveaways as stipulated by CAG. Attend to customers' enquiries at the counter and upsell commercial services (e.g. Shopping Concierge Services, Changi Rewards, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with SOP and service standards.
• Runner Duties
• Responsible for the transfer, delivery and/or collection of items within terminals (counters, merchants, and NT backroom), ensuring orders are correct and quality checks are performed.
• Checker Duties
• Pick, pack and organize items for pick-up or delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of orders.
• Other Duties
• Perform housekeeping duties and always ensure cleanliness of the counter and backroom.
• Assist with any other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum "O" or "N" level with at least 1 year of experience in logistic/warehousing, retail/ customer service, hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and confident in using mobile technology.
• Customer centric and willing to go extra mile.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems effectively.
• Pleasant disposition, well-groomed, and approachable.
• Ability to walk long distance e.g. across airport terminals and lift/ carry inventory items as part of operations.
• Able to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside).

12-hour shift : 10am to 10pm or 10pm to 10am
