Job summary

Smarte Carte Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking friendly Retail Sales Associates to support our pop-up store at Changi Airport. You will promote IT products, assist travellers with the iShopChangi app, and help ensure the store is stocked and ready for business.

You will handle customer inquiries, guide onboarding in the app, process orders, and maintain inventory. Shifts include A, B and C, with weekend work and potential allowances for travel between shifts; salary is SGD 13.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, reliable, and comfortable approaching and assisting customers.
• Confident using smartphones and guiding customers through mobile apps.
• Retail or sales experience is an advantage; product training will be provided.

Responsibilities

You will promote and sell IT products, help customers complete purchases through the iShopChangi app, and ensure the store is well-stocked and ready for business at our pop-up store at Changi Airport.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and promote the store's IT products
• Understand customer needs and provide product information and recommendations
• Guide customers through the iShopChangi app and assist with onboarding new customers
• Support customers in placing orders through the app; all transactions are completed via iShopChangi
• Prepare accurate daily opening and closing inventory reports
• Monitor stock levels, replenish products, and maintain an orderly display
• Keep the store clean, presentable, and adequately stocked
• Provide courteous service to travellers and respond to product or purchase enquiries
• Follow store procedures and hand over relevant updates to the next shift

Requirements

• Customer-focused, reliable, and comfortable approaching and assisting customers

• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Retail or sales experience is an advantage; product training will be provided
• Able to work rostered shifts covering the store's operating hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Able to commit at least 3 or 4 weekdays and 1 weekend per week from Nov 2026 onwards

Salary: $13.50 per hour

Select 1 shift timing (please indicate your shift preference):

Shift A: 5.45am to 3.45pm;

Shift B: 10.00am to 8.00pm;

Shift C: 315pm to 115am

Transport will be provided if public transit is unavailable upon completion of shift timing.
