Job summary

Pet Lovers Centre Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer-focused Order & Inventory Associate to manage end-to-end order processing via online or phone, ensure stock for deliveries, and coordinate with stores and suppliers to keep inventory accurate.

You will check stock levels using our inventory system, generate inter-outlet transfer documents, track delivery progress, liaise with customers on schedules, delays, exchanges and returns, and help resolve issues promptly as part of a

Responsibilities

• Process orders from start to finish via online or phone.
• Process delivery orders and ensure stock available for delivery.
• Check stock levels and update inventory management system; notify out-of-stock status.
• Coordinate with suppliers and stores to check inventory status.
• Generate inter-outlet transfer documents and liaise to issue purchase orders.
• Track status of delivery vendors, suppliers and transfers for timely delivery.
• Coordinate warehousing to pick/pack orders for delivery on time.
• Liaise with customers on stock availability, exchanges, returns and delivery schedules.
• Inform customers of delays or problems and seek alternatives to reduce issues.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback by investigating, resolving and escalating as needed.
• Perform other related duties/tasks as assigned.

• Working days: 5.5 day work week (including at least 1 weekend and Public Holidays)
• Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm, Saturday or Sunday 9am-1pm

Role Descriptions:

• Facilitates efficient and accurate processing of orders from beginning to end viaonline or phone.
• Processdeliveryorders and ensure sufficient stock available for delivery.

• Liaise with customers on stock availability, exchanges, returns anddelivery schedules
• Informcustomersof unforeseen delays or problems and seek alternativearrangementsto reduce inconvenience and further delays.
• Handle customer'scomplaints and feedback by investigating, resolving, and escalating issues.
• Perform other related duties/tasks as assigned.
