ZHENG RONG ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver to join our Operations team in Singapore. You will be responsible for timely and accurate delivery of goods across Singapore, while delivering excellent customer service and upholding safety standards.

When not delivering, you will support warehouse operations, loading/unloading, stock replenishment, and assist with order fulfilment to ensure smooth day-to-day logistics.

Formación

• Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Clean driving record with safe driving focus.
• 1–2 years delivery driving experience preferred in FMCG/logistics.
• Physically fit to load and unload cartons.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and navigation apps.
• Punctual, dependable and customer‑service oriented.
• Able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to assist in warehouse duties.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time across Singapore.
• Load, unload and verify goods against delivery orders.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximise productivity.
• Liaise with customers regarding delivery timings and issues.
• Obtain proof of delivery where required.
• Inspect vehicle daily and keep it clean and safe.
• Report vehicle defects or maintenance promptly.
• Ensure deliveries comply with safety regulations.
• Assist with receiving, picking, packing and stock replenishment during non-delivery periods.
• Support stock take and other operations as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams for smooth fulfilment.
• Carry out other duties assigned by Warehouse/Operations Manager.

We are seeking a reliable, responsible and customer-oriented Delivery Driver to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers across Singapore while ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining the Company's high standards of safety and professionalism.

When not performing deliveries, the Delivery Driver will support warehouse operations to ensure efficient day-to-day logistics and inventory activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver products safely, accurately and on time to customers throughout Singapore.
• Load, unload and verify goods against delivery orders before and after each delivery.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximise productivity and meet delivery schedules.
• Liaise professionally with customers regarding delivery timings and any delivery-related matters.
• Obtain customers' acknowledgement and proof of delivery where required.
• Perform daily inspections of the assigned delivery vehicle and ensure it is kept clean, roadworthy and well maintained.
• Report vehicle defects, accidents or maintenance issues promptly.
• Ensure all deliveries comply with company procedures and safety regulations.
• Assist with receiving, picking, packing, stock replenishment and general warehouse duties during non-delivery periods.
• Support stock take exercises and other operational activities as required.
• Work closely with the warehouse and customer service teams to ensure smooth fulfilment of customer orders.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Operations Manager.

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Clean driving record with a strong commitment to safe driving practices.
• Minimum 1–2 years of delivery driving experience preferred, preferably within the FMCG, food distribution or logistics industry.
• Physically fit and able to load, unload and handle cartons and goods safely.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and able to use navigation applications efficiently.
• Responsible, punctual and dependable with good time management skills.
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willing to assist in warehouse operations when required.
