Job summary

NTUC Fairprice Co-operative Limited is seeking a dedicated supervisor to oversee online grocery order processing, on-time delivery, and inventory control. You will lead and train a team of Grocery Shoppers and Replenishers, ensuring SOPs are followed and daily operations run smoothly.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail/inventory roles, strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with flexibility for rotating shifts in a dynamic store environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent or GCE A-Level/Higher NITEC/GCE O-Level with at least 2 years in retail or inventory management.
• A self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on, service-oriented, meticulous team player with good leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with smartphones.

Responsibilities

• Monitor online grocery orders to ensure accurate processing and on-time delivery.
• Maintain SOPs for picking, packing, dispatching and delivery.
• Attend to customer order-related enquiries.
• Supervise and train a team of Grocery Shoppers and Replenishers; manage manpower rostering.
• Ensure proper receiving and issuance of goods; perform stock movement control and record-keeping.
• Maintain store area cleanliness and housekeeping; ensure safety and orderliness.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as needed.

About the role

You are responsible for ensuring online grocery orders are processed accurately and delivered on-time. The job tasks include inventory management, maintaining pick, pack and delivery standards. You need to attend to order-related enquiries by customers. You are also required to supervise and train a team of Grocery Shoppers and Replenishers in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations and manpower rostering.

Key responsibilities:

• Monitoring and ensuring online grocery orders are processed accurately and delivered on time
• Maintaining SOPs for picking, packing, dispatching and delivery
• Attending to order-related enquiries by customers
• Responsible to ensure proper receiving and issuance of goods
• Perform record-keeping, stock movement control and assist in the return of damaged goods
• Ensure cleanliness and perform housekeeping of the store area
• Ensure safe practices and orderliness of the store area
• Other ad-hoc duties if needed

Requirements:

• Diploma/ GCE 'A' level/ Higher NITEC/ GCE 'O' level with minimum 2 years' of retail or inventory management experience
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on, service-oriented, and meticulous team player with good leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with smartphones
• 6 day work week. Must be prepared to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
