The role requires flexibility during retail hours, including weekends and holidays, and entails greeting customers, sharing product information, and resolving inquiries with professionalism. You will handle appointments, walk-ins, and correspondences while representing the Caring Skin brand.

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our team.

This role is ideal for fresh diploma holders who are eager to develop their skills in customer relations and problem-solving. You will be customers' first point of contact, ensuring their inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and efficiently.

Please note that this position requires flexibility during retail hours, including weekends and holidays.

What You'll Be Doing:

Customer Interaction

• Greet and assist customers warmly, creating a positive and welcoming experience.
• Share accurate information about our services, products, and promotions.
• Be a proud brand ambassador representing Caring Skin's values.

Problem-Solving & Support

• Address and resolve customer inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Help clients with appointment scheduling and follow-ups.

Communication & Coordination

• Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and emails professionally.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations.

Stay Updated & Informed

• Keep up with new products, services, and offers.
• Gather and share customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Store Presentation

• Support in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.

Who We're Looking For

• Diploma in any field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Weekdays: 11:00am - 9:00pm
• Weekends/PH: 10:00am - 8:00pm
• 8 off days per month
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge (bonus if you're tech-savvy!)
• Interest in skincare and wellness is a plus
• Open to Singaporeans only
