Job summary

FRAN Singapore Pte. Ltd. is hiring for a Retail Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional customer service and promote skincare products. You will greet customers, understand needs, recommend products, maintain knowledge, and support promotions and floor operations in a dynamic store.

Responsibilities include stock replenishment, POS transactions, displays, and assisting with campaigns. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided. Five-day week with rotating shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Interest in beauty trends and social media or content creation is an advantage
• Fresh graduates or candidates new to retail are welcome; training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalised service to enhance their shopping experience
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate skincare products confidently
• Respond to customer questions and feedback with professionalism and empathy
• Acquire and maintain up-to-date knowledge of product ingredients, benefits, and usage
• Monitor beauty trends and new product launches to inform customer recommendations
• Replenish stock and perform regular stock counts to ensure product availability
• Maintain store cleanliness, hygiene, and tester standards to uphold store presentation
• Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling and POS system use
• Arrange product displays following visual merchandising guidelines to attract customers
• Support in-store campaigns, promotions, and product launches to drive sales
• Assist with basic floor supervision and assume floor lead responsibilities when required
