Job summary

WGT EHR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is looking for a Beauty Advisor to create an engaging in-store experience and help customers discover skincare and beauty products that suit their needs.

You will engage customers, stay on top of the latest trends, and work towards store sales targets while ensuring compelling visual merchandising and excellent service. 5 days a week, 44 hours, in a vibrant K-beauty retail setting.

Qualifications

• Passionate about K-beauty, skincare, makeup and beauty trends.
• Customer-oriented, approachable and confident in engaging with customers.
• Sales-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, responsible and detail-oriented with a strong team spirit.
• Willing to learn and develop product knowledge and beauty consultation skills.
• Retail experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics or fashion is an advantage, but not essential.
• Candidates with no prior beauty retail experience are welcome to apply if they have a strong interest in K-beauty and customer service.
• 5 days work week, 44hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and personalised customer service, recommending suitable skincare, beauty and lifestyle products based on customers’ needs.
• Engage customers proactively, introduce the latest products and trends, and work towards individual and store sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and deliver a positive and memorable shopping experience.
• Maintain attractive visual merchandising and product displays to ensure the store is well-presented at all times.
• Develop strong product knowledge across the range of brands, skincare products and personal colour analysis trends.
• Support in-store events, workshops, brand activations and promotional activities.
• Handle cashiering, stock replenishment, inventory checks and other daily retail operations.
• Work closely with the Store Manager and team to improve customer engagement, sales performance and overall store operations.
