Job summary

Caring Skin in Singapore is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our beauty spa team with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for exceptional client experience. You will manage operations, drive sales and customer satisfaction, mentor staff, uphold brand standards across outlets, and collaborate with HQ to implement improvements.

The role requires 3–5 years of leadership in beauty, relevant certifications, and a proactive, service-oriented approach, including retail hours, weekends, and public

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in beauty or spa.
• Certified beauty qualifications (CIBTAC/CIDESCO/ITEC or equivalent) required.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and store operations.
• Customer-focused with strong initiative and positive attitude.
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays.

Caring Skin is seeking a dynamic and driven Branch Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset to lead our highly rated and customer-loved facial spa team.

Your Role

Your contribution to the team includes:

Team Management & Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop team members (Customer Service, Consultants, Beauticians) to their full potential
• Build a positive and motivating work environment
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback
• Recognize employee achievements and foster a culture of excellence
• Drive retention through coaching and engagement

Branch Operations

• Ensure daily operational readiness of the outlet(s)
• Maintain high levels of customer service and client satisfaction
• Accountable for outlet performance, growth, and efficiency
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvement plans
• Promote best practices across branches and HQ

Sales & Customer Experience

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products
• Handle customer feedback and inquiries professionally
• Maintain strong client relationships and build rapport with new customers
• Promote treatment plans and services- without hard-selling
• Strive for customer testimonials and referrals through excellent service

What you’ll need

• CIBTAC / CIDESCO / ITEC / Other Beauty Certifications
• 3 to 5 years of leadership experience in the beauty or spa industry
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and operations
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and high initiative
• Results-oriented with strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency
• Bilingual (English and one other language) preferred
• Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays
