Job summary

WARMTONE WELLNESS PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer-centric skincare advisor to deliver personalized consultations and sales support in a retail setting in Singapore.

You will educate customers on product benefits, maintain accurate client records, and follow up post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat business.

Qualifications

• Completed at least GCE N/O Level or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience, preferably in beauty or skincare.
• Willingness to work retail hours including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Genuine passion for skincare, botanicals, and holistic wellness.
• Strong communication skills with a clienteling and service-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain professional customer relationships through prompt, polite, and personable service
• Apply core selling skills by approaching customers, discovering their needs, recommending suitable solutions, closing sales, and conducting follow-ups
• Conduct accurate skin profiling and consultations for every new customer to tailor product recommendations
• Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques to enhance their experience and product use
• Register, maintain, and update customer records accurately in the POS/CRM system to support clienteling efforts
• Follow up with customers after purchase via phone or message to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
• Manage customer feedback, exchanges, and returns according to company policy to maintain customer trust
• Adhere to Jurlique grooming guidelines including makeup, hair, uniform, and accessories to consistently embody the brand image
