Job summary

A DRBRAND PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dedicated Beauty Advisor to provide personalized skincare and haircare consultations, demonstrate products, and build trust with customers.

You will work with a driven team to meet sales targets while delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate has retail beauty experience, a passion for skincare, excellent customer service and communication skills, and flexibility for shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Beauty Advisor or in a similar retail/beauty role.
• A genuine passion for skincare, beauty, and the science behind it.
• Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored skincare and haircare consultations based on customer needs.
• Build genuine relationships that turn first-time visitors into loyal regulars.
• Demonstrate products and techniques to boost customer confidence.
• Hit sales targets as part of a supportive, driven team.

• Stay ahead with deep knowledge of all types of treatments, products, machines and equipment.
• Keep informed of promotions and support events and product launches.
• Keep the counter looking sharp, stocked, and on-brand.
• Assist with basic administrative tasks and ad hoc duties when necessary.

• Keep informed of all promotions offered from time to time, support promotional events and product launches – ensuring engaging customer experiences.
• Keep the counter looking sharp, stocked, and on-brand
• Assist with basic administrative tasks as needed and take up other ad hoc duties when necessary.
