Caring Skin is hiring a Customer Service Executive in Singapore. Fresh diploma holders are welcome to apply to develop skills in customer relations and problem-solving.

The role requires flexibility during retail hours, including weekends and holidays, and entails greeting customers, sharing product information, and resolving inquiries with professionalism. You will handle appointments, walk-ins, and correspondences while representing the Caring Skin brand.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field; fresh graduates encouraged.
• Flexible evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• 8 off days per month.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Interest in skincare and wellness is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers warmly, creating a positive experience.
• Share accurate information about services, products and promotions.
• Be a brand ambassador for Caring Skin.
• Address and resolve inquiries or concerns professionally.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
• Handle walk-ins, calls, and emails professionally.
• Collaborate with teammates for smooth daily operations.
• Keep up-to-date with products, services and offers.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment.
