Job summary

Performance Motors Limited (PML) invites you to join our Singapore showroom as a Customer Service & Reception Associate. You will welcome walk-in customers, answer calls, assist enquiries, and help create a professional showroom experience.

You will also support showrooms operations, handle quotations, and promote Motorrad products to customers. The role requires GCE O-Level or equivalent and at least 2 years in customer service, reception, or showroom roles.

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, reception, retail sales, or showroom operations.
• Ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds and promote products.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to walk-in customers promptly, creating a warm and professional first impression.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate team members.
• Assist customers with enquiries and ensure a positive showroom experience.
• Engage customers professionally and provide assistance to support customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on customer and operational matters.
• Record daily showroom traffic and assign sales leads to Sales Consultants.
• Prepare the showroom for daily business operations, including music, displays, price lists, specification sheets, and promotional materials.
• Ensure point-of-sale and marketing materials are accurately displayed and replenished when required.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception and showroom environment.
• Perform general administrative duties, including cashiering, filing, photocopying, report preparation, and roster planning.
• Actively promote Motorrad parts, accessories, merchandise, and lifestyle products to showroom customers.

What You'll Be Doing

Customer Service & Reception

Showroom Operations & Administration

• Record daily showroom traffic and assign sales leads to the respective Sales Consultants.
• Prepare the showroom for daily business operations, including music, television displays, price lists, specification sheets, and promotional materials.
• Ensure that point-of-sale and marketing materials are accurately displayed and replenished when required.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable reception and showroom environment.
• Monitor the cleanliness and presentation of demonstration motorcycles and company vehicles.
• Ensure that sufficient stationery, brochures, and operational materials are available at the reception area.
• Perform general administrative duties, including cashiering, filing, photocopying, report preparation, and roster planning.

Parts, Accessories & Lifestyle Sales

• Actively promote and sell Motorrad parts, accessories, merchandise, and lifestyle products to showroom customers.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable Motorrad products and accessories.
• Explain product features, technical information, advantages, and benefits clearly and confidently.
• Support the motorcycle sales process by introducing relevant accessories, merchandise, and lifestyle products to customers.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate customer orders, sales transactions, and product collection or delivery arrangements.
• Follow up on customer enquiries and provide timely and accurate product information.

Who We're Looking For

• GCE O-Level and above or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2-years of experience in customer service, reception, retail sales, or showroom operations would be advantageous.
• Customer-oriented with a friendly, confident, and professional personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Comfortable promoting products and providing sales recommendations to customers.
• Organised and attentive to detail, with the ability to manage administrative and operational responsibilities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

5 days work-week (1 weekday off, 1 Sunday off)
