• Guide customers through Land Transport Authority (LTA) guidelines and processes to ensure compliance and smooth transactions
• Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to post-delivery follow-up, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience
• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, integrity, and care to build trust and loyalty

Competencies and qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of retail continental car sales experience
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license
• Proficient in using digital tools and comfortable adopting new technologies
