Job description

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring the smooth operation of our car park facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Parking Operations & Control
  • Monitor entry and exit points of the carpark.
  • Ensure compliance with parking rules, permits, and regulations.
  • Operate and troubleshoot automated parking systems (e.g., gantries, payment kiosks).
Enforcement Duties
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify vehicles in violation of parking rules. Issue parking violation notices in accordance with the management’s policies.
  • Perform wheel clamping or release of vehicles when required, following established safety and procedural guidelines.
  • Assist in arranging towing services for vehicles that pose safety hazards or persistently violate parking regulations.
  • Maintain professionalism and composure when dealing with enforcement‑related enquiries or disputes, escalating cases when necessary.
Customer Service
  • Provide directions and general assistance to staff, students, and visitors.
  • Respond politely and promptly to parking‑related queries, concerns, or complaints.
  • Guide users through issues with lost tickets, payment errors, or machine malfunctions.
Safety & Security

Conduct routine checks for hazards, obstructions, or suspicious activities. Ensure emergency access routes remain unobstructed. Support emergency situations by guiding traffic or securing areas when required.

Administration & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate daily records of enforcement actions, incidents, and equipment defects.
  • Report faulty infrastructure (e.g., lighting, barriers, signage) to the relevant departments.
  • Assist with the issuance and management of parking tickets and visitor entries.
