Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer service representative to handle inquiries received via phone, email, and walk-ins. You will assist clients with account access and portal navigation, and follow up to clarify information and requests.

You will liaise with internal teams to resolve issues, escalate complex cases when needed, monitor case progress, and provide administrative support to the customer service team.

• Assist clients with account access, online portal navigation and general enquiries.
• Follow up with clients to clarify information and address their requests.
• Liaise with internal teams to resolve client issues.
• Escalate complex cases and complaints to the relevant team members.
• Monitor assigned cases and follow through to ensure timely resolution.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the customer service team.
