Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Customer Support professional to handle inquiries across calls, emails, and walk-ins, and to assist clients with login and portal navigation. The role involves engaging with clients to resolve issues and provide guidance through the client journey.

You will follow up with clients, liaise with internal teams to troubleshoot, escalate complex cases, take ownership of cases, and support the CS team with administrative tasks as needed.

• Provide support for incoming client enquiries via calls, emails, or walk-ins, where required.
• Assist clients with login, online portal navigation, and account-related enquiries.
• Perform outbound follow-ups with clients for clarification or to assist with their requests.
• Liaise with internal departments to troubleshoot and resolve client matters, where applicable
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or complaint-related cases to the relevant CS team members or supervisors
• Take ownership of assigned cases and follow through to ensure proper closure.
• Support the CS team with administrative tasks, call/email handling and other ad hoc duties as assigned
