Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is looking for a customer service officer to handle inquiries on a full suite of banking products, including personal and corporate accounts, loans and cards. You'll troubleshoot issues, provide accurate product information and deliver quality service in a busy call centre environment.

You must be comfortable working in shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays, with 42–44 hours per week.

Job description

Working Hours

Shift work between 9:00 AM and 12:00 midnight, Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays.

Working hours: 42-44 hours per week, based on a bi-weekly duty roster.

Transport reimbursement is available for shifts ending at or after 10:30 PM + Monthly shift allowance.
