Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an AML Compliance Analyst to review customer profiles, assess transactions for potential financial crime risk, and conduct due diligence. This role requires meticulous analysis and an eye for compliance in a fast-paced Singapore environment.

You will support investigations, prepare risk assessments, maintain case records, and escalate suspicious activity in line with established procedures.

• Review customer profiles and transactions for potential AML, sanctions and financial crime risks.


• Conduct customer due diligence and enhanced due diligence reviews where required.


• Assess alerts and investigate unusual or potentially suspicious activities.


• Prepare risk assessments and recommend appropriate risk mitigation actions.


• Handle requests for customer information and supporting documents.


• Support the review and escalation of suspicious transactions in accordance with established procedures.


• Assist with customer relationship reviews, including account closure where required.


• Maintain accurate records, reports and case updates.


• Provide AML-related support to internal stakeholders.


• Participate in process improvement and other compliance-related projects.
