CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd is seeking a friendly front-line customer service professional to join our team. You will greet walk-in customers, handle payments, and provide information on our products and services.

You will assist customers with account-related requests, perform basic administrative tasks, keep filing and records, and help maintain a clean, welcoming branch environment while supporting daily operations. Experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum education as stated, with basic computer skills.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Able to handle cash and perform simple admin tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Perform basic administrative duties, filing, and record keeping.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming customer service environment.
• Support branch operations and other duties assigned by the Branch Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma.
• Prior experience in customer service, cashiering, retail, banking, or hospitality is preferred.
• Friendly, customer-oriented, and able to communicate effectively.
• Comfortable handling cash and performing basic administrative tasks.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office).
• Candidates with no banking experience but strong front-line customer service experience are welcome to apply.
