Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Levels, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma.
• Prior experience in customer service, cashiering, retail, banking, or hospitality is preferred.
• Friendly, customer-oriented, and able to communicate effectively.
• Comfortable handling cash and performing basic administrative tasks.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g. Microsoft Office).
• Candidates with no banking experience but strong front-line customer service experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and professional front-line customer service to walk-in customers.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including payments and receipts.
• Attend to customer enquiries and provide information on the company's products and services.
• Assist customers with account-related requests and documentation.
• Ensure all transactions are processed in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Perform basic administrative duties, filing, and record keeping.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming customer service environment.
• Support branch operations and other duties assigned by the Branch Manager.
